Made the train using a 3D Cake mold from wilton and the carts just cut to rectangles. The Animals are made out of gumpaste and the gifts are styrofoam covered with cling wrap and then decorated with fondant. The carts are yellow cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries covered in chocolate buttercream and the train is chocolate with vanilla buttercream.
