Molly Muffin

I ordered a .39 coffee and muffin combo. My coffee order was black coffee two sugars and my muffin order was a double chocolate Oreo muffin. To my surprise i received what it seemed to be a triple-triple coffee and a raisin bran muffin. How can they mess up both individual items is what I, myself is wondering.
