Healthy Muffins?!?! - My NO butter, NO oil Banana Blueberry Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Banana Bran Muffins 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp b.soda + 1 1/2 tsp b.powder 1/2 C Brown sugar 1/2 C white sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 C canola oil OR 1/2 C applesauce 3/4 C Milk or buttermilk 3/4 C mashed banana (about 3 bananas) 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 C Bran 1/2 C ground flax seed 1 1/2 C whole wheat flour 1 C choc chips AND/OR 1 C fresh blueberries Beat eggs, sugars,oil, milk,bananas, soda and vanilla well. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to liquid. Bake in 350 oven for 20 min….
